What it means to be a Business Partner with Connecticut Health Information Management Association - CTHIMA
"The Future is NOW" Become part of the team and get close to our members by becoming a corporate
member! Our members depend on relationships with each other, and the vendors who provide products and services
to them. As a team, we can work closely together to better exchange information and provide value-added services
to all CTHIMA members.
Become part of this dynamic group, who are change agents and have a vested interest in providing services to
all members in the State of Connecticut. Corporate members are eligible for such benefits as membership listings,
speaking opportunities, educational meeting attendance, discounted advertising, and recognition in journal articles.
Eligibility
Any Corporation interested in the purposes of the Connecticut Health Information Management Association is eligible
for Corporate Membership. Each Corporation shall designate one representative who shall have the privileges of
membership, including assisting on projects, and serving on committees (except the Nominating Committee). Corporate
members are not entitled to voting privileges, hold office or to serve as a delegate to AHIMA.
Annual Dues and benefits for Corporate Member
- $300 yearly, calculated on an anniversary basis.
- For the first year of signing up,newsletter advertising fees will be waived for the first 6 months of initial membership. Corporate Members will receive a 15% discount on all Newsletter advertising, including banner ads, after this initial period.
- Corporate Members may add a link to their web site if they so choose.
- All Corporate Members will be invited to submit articles to the Newsletter devoted to business developments and successes of the Corporate member business.
- Receive free quarterly journals.
- Receive annual , updated membership listings.
- Purchase products and publications at member prices.
- Attend meetings, including Coding Roundtables at Member prices.
